This is the chrome horn ring that is correct for the 167 Ford Mustangs with the standard steering wheel. It is not intended to work with the rimblow wheel. This is the 3 spoke ring and it is chrome plated as original. For reference the Ford part number is C7ZZ-13A805B. The center cap is not included with this item.
